Decorating a seasonal tiered tray is a great way to use a wide variety of features & techniques in Silhouette Studio.  In this class, I will share with you the process of designing 4 unique projects in Silhouette Studio, using Replicate, Text on a Path,  Drawing tools (including Flexishapes) and so much more!  Then we will put them all together using Adhesive Vinyl, Heat Transfer Vinyl, Tattoo paper and more!  Our finished project will be an adorable Spring Tiered Tray perfect for your home decor.

Design in ProCreate for Print & Cut Images

Use ProCreate (an iPad app) to create semi-realistic images from photographs that can be brought into Silhouette Studio for Print & Cut designs. You’ll learn Kelly’s process of turning a photograph into an illustration in ProCreate using brushes. Then learn how to import it for use in Silhouette Studio and add cut lines. Requires the ProCreate app + iPad + Apple Pencil.

So many of us are obsessed with stickers!  In this class I will show you how to use a dingbat font to create cute, stand-along designs.  We will add color & use these designs to create unique planner stickers!   We will also explore creating custom Fill Color Palettes!  Once you get started, you will be creating all kinds of stickers – planner stickers, stickers for teachers, and gift tag stickers!  (Silhouette Studio basic edition will be used in this class.)

Join EllyMae with Silhouette Secrets+ in this Silhouette Studio Software Design class. Let’s put the tools in the Silhouette Studio software to work for us. You will use a combination of software tools to create a unique and custom design. This class is designed for all levels of users to follow along and create with us. A few of the tools we will discuss and use are: drawing tools, compound paths, text, offset, knife, and more.  As a bonus, I will be demonstrating etching on a powder coated tumbler using a design created as the stencil.

It's all about the bling!  I absolutely love adding bling to projects. We’ll look at designs that work for rhinestones, then add sparkle to a design using glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl and Rhinestones!  Creating mixed media projects with HTV and rhinestone designs is easy once you learn all the tips and tricks! You’ll love your summer shirts with rhinestones and glitter! We’ll also talk about creating “faux rhinestones” for those times when rhinestones are not appropriate but you still want the bling!!

Create Your Own Gift Bag & Card

Do you have lots of 12” x 12” cardstock packs gathering dust?  Cardstock packs are full of beautifully coordinated cardstock which are perfect for making a customized gift bag to suit any occasion.  But don’t stop there, because a custom card hanging from the gift bag will make the recipient feel especially loved.  In this video class, you will design the gift bag with fold lines so the bag stores flat, a slot with finished edging for the card, and, of course, the card itself.
